Disclaimer and warranty

PRIME is not responsible for any damages suffered by any goods due to the form of transport chosen by the customer after it leaves our premises. All goods after arriving its destination have a period of 45 days for any type of claim. PRIME will not accept any cancelation or return after 45 days.

PRIME warrants that this product is unused and will be free from material defect under normal use, storage, transportation, handling, installation, and other normal condition for a period of 45 days from the date of invoice. If this product is found defective within the warranty period, please return the product. All returns must have an authorization number, RMA number prior to return processing; PRIME obligation is limited to either: (1) product replacement or (2) a credit to the customer's account for the purchase price paid for the product. Any warranty claim must be received before the end of the 45 days along with the claimed defective product, and must include the RMA number. This warranty is to PRIME customer only (it is not transferable) and given in LIEU of any other warranty, express or implied. PRIME disclaims any and all implied warranties including any implied warranty of non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. PRIME INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS is not an authorized distributor of SKF products and SKF has not granted PRIME INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS permission to use the SKF trademarks. In no event PRIME is liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages of any theory whether contract, negligence, strict tort liability, or otherwise, the maximum liability of PRIME to customers under any theory of recovery is the purchase price paid for the product. The repackager of this surplus product (if applied) is not authorized by, or affiliated in any way with the product's original manufacturer. This surplus repackaged product is sold without any warranty from the original manufacturer.
